Why
not just wear jewellery?
Wearing large precious stones close to the skin over a long period
of time, while safer and more subtle than ingesting powdered gems,
can enhance health, however it will take much longer than Electronic
Gem Therapy and be far more expensive.
Is EGT dangerous for young
children/the elderly?
No. Electronic Gem Therapy is not dangerous to anyone belonging
to a specific age bracket. Gem Therapy is a natural form of treatment
using light and precious stones, it does not involve any method
or instrument that could cause harm to the body.
Does the treatment hurt/leave
a mark?
Not at all. In fact, the majority of patients find that having a
lie-down under beautifully coloured lamps is extremely therapeutic.
At the very most, one will feel a slight warmth, no different to
sitting close to a reading lamp. Depending on the nature of the
problem, some patients actually feel their pain or discomfort disappearing
while they are under the lamps.
What are the side effects?
Apart from the positive healing effects of the lamps, there are
no hidden or nasty side effects. Depending on the treatment received,
some patients may be advised to drink a glass of water to help hydrate
their body after treatment.
What is the youngest age
that can be treated?
This can vary depending on the individuals circumstances but
as a general rule, practitioners do not treat a baby under 4 months
of age.
Is EGT safe for people fitted
with pace makers?
Most therapists may choose not to treat people with pace makers
or defibrillators. There is a chance that the energy from the lamps
could interfere with these devices.
Can patients prone to epilepsy
undergo EGT?
Yes. Several cases of epilepsy have already been treated using diamonds.
The lamps do not work on a strobe frequency that can lead to seizure.
Is it safe to drive after
receiving treatment?
Yes. However, some patients experience feelings of euphoria or replenished
energy or have a desire to sleep following their treatment. This
should be borne in mind before embarking on a long journey.
Will EGT treatment inhibit
my daily routine/diet in any way?
No, in fact we hope that patients with muscular or arthritic complaints
will find quite the opposite! Unless the Therapist has suggested
certain medication or change in diet to complement your treatment,
there is no reason why the patient cannot continue with life as
normal.
Are there any areas of the
body that cannot be treated?
No. Electronic Gem Therapy has been used successfully to treat all
areas of the body, from feet to eyes, internal organs to skin conditions.
Why should EGT work where
other forms of treatment have failed in the past?
Quite simply, Electronic Gem Therapy gets right to the heart of
the problem. Most modern medicines will tackle the symptoms in a
head-on, aggressive manner. At most, this will often only produce
a short-term solution to the problem. Electronic Gem Therapy is
a kind and natural way to build up your bodys defences and
allow your own immune system to counter the causes of the ailment.
Ones own body is far more capable given the opportunity of
curing its own injuries or illnesses than most modern medicine prescribed
over the counter. Electronic Gem Therapy can be used to stimulate
the relevant organs in the body to start or accelerate this natural
healing process.
If EGT is so successful,
why havent we heard more about it in recent years?
Having been invented only 20 years ago, so far as the world of medicine
goes, Electronic Gem Therapy is still in its infancy. As with any
medical breakthrough, Electronic Gem Therapy has had to undergo
years of tests to establish firstly, that it really works and secondly,
that it is safe. Subsequently, it is only in the past few months
that the National Press has become interested as Electronic Gem
Therapy continues to produce one success story after another.
Will the EG Therapist need
to see my medical notes/consult my GP?
The Therapist will not have to consult your GP unless your case
is particularly complicated. However, it will save time and be of
help to your EG Therapist if you can produce a copy of your medical
records. As with any medical practitioner, your personal details,
records and treatments will be kept confidential and handled with
discretion.
Can home visits be arranged
for severely disabled patients?
This will depend on the individuals circumstances and the
discretion of the Practitioner. Home visits are not easy due to
the cumbersome nature of the equipment. However, such cases will
always be reviewed on their merits.
How many treatment sessions
will I need?
There can be no guarantees as to how many treatments will be required.
Some ailments have been cured or significantly eased in as few as
one or two visits. Patients who have more serious or long-term complaints
may find that several treatments are necessary before any improvement
is evident.
How long must I wait between
appointments?
The normal recommended time between treatments is at least seven
days. This gives the body a chance to start the healing process
and adapt to the new source of energy that is revitalising it.
Can EGT be used to treat
animals?
Yes. However, until Veterinary Practices start to use Electronic
Gem Therapy, current practitioners may or may not agree to treat
animals. This is mainly due to hygiene issues and the fact that
clinics are kept spotlessly clean solely for the use of human patients.
Individual practices will have their own policies on this. Secondly,
the nature of Electronic Gem Therapy requires that the patient remain
in a constant position over several minutes. Most therapists would
agree that this is hard enough with young children without the added
complication of treating animals!
